We know that shopping online can be a little tricky and we try our best to provide the most accurate information. Refunds:
Due to the boutique being a small online business, No refunds are available at this time. We will be only be offering exchanges or store credit. Returns with full refunds will become available as the business grows. Thank you for understanding.
30-Day Exchanges:
You are able to exchange any product that is unused with the tag within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. You will need to cover the return shipping charges. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an item, please email us at verse320boutique@gmail.com before purchasing.
Wrong Size / Wrong Item Sent:
If you received a wrong size or the wrong item, please contact us via email at verse320boutique@gmail.com with your name & order number, attach a photo of the wrong size / item and we will ship the correct one as soon as possible. We will also send you a return label to ship the wrong item back.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
